Victory Preserve Residential Development

A project for a new residential community consisting of clearing and the installation of water, sewer, and stormwater drains. Breadth of services includes clearing 15 acres of land, 93,513 CY of onsite excavation, 3,470 LF of 6″ and 8″ DIP waterlines, 200 LF of 4″ DIP sanitary force main, 953 LF of 8″ DIP sanitary gravity, 1,569 LF of 8″ PVC sanitary gravity, 1,880 LF of 18″ and 24″ RCP stormwater, and 1,140 LF of 18″ to 36″ CMP stormwater. Additional work includes the demolition of three homes, construction of two ponds requiring 10,000 CY of excavation, a 54″ water service connection, and the installation of twenty-six 8″ manholes.
