Kipp Connell

Kipp started with Garney in 2015 after working in information technology (IT) for the Lawrence, Kansas, Police Department for 11 years. Since joining Garney, he has developed a responsive and agile team that maintains the systems that keep the business running efficiently. He has also made significant improvements in Garney’s backend security.

Kipp attended Washburn University and holds degrees in information technology and business administration. His integrity, positive attitude, and approach to problem-solving have facilitated improvements in all behind-the-scenes systems that support and protect Garney’s employees. He appreciates how quickly technology evolves and the challenge of weaving in new solutions that provide a benefit to the company. It’s rewarding for Kipp to work with dedicated people who have a vested interest in future success.

Kipp enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, sitting around a campfire, or watching his children compete on the soccer field. He is based in Garney’s Kansas City headquarters office.
