Keith Lemaster

Keith oversees Garney’s pipe operations in the west region. His responsibilities include procurement, preconstruction and contract oversight, project safety, workforce management, and guaranteeing client satisfaction. He has experience in proactively managing schedules, material procurement, and subcontractors on multi-million-dollar water transmission line projects, as well as interfacing with design teams and owners.

Since graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in engineering construction technology, Keith has been constructing pipeline projects along the Front Range. During his two decades with Garney, he has led multiple award-winning water infrastructure pipeline projects from concept to completion, ranging from 2-inch to 84-inch diameter in size and amounting to over $600 million. He has been heavily involved in value engineering and constructability efforts during the preconstruction phase of projects. Keith was promoted to Director in 2023 and is based in our Littleton, Colorado, office.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys getting outside with his family and taking advantage of the offerings of the Rocky Mountains.
