Keith Burke

Keith brings more than 30 years of experience in water and wastewater pipeline construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. As Director of Pipe for Garney’s Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas region, he oversees all pipeline operations, including procurement, preconstruction, safety, staffing, and contract management, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His portfolio includes large-diameter water transmission mains, gravity sewer improvements, and trenchless installations in urban environments.

Keith is known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of regional conditions, fostering strong relationships among Owners, engineers, and construction teams. His experience with Progressive Design-Build and CMAR delivery has helped clients achieve cost and schedule certainty on some of the region’s most complex infrastructure projects.
