Jordan Wilcosky

As Director, Jordan creates and implements Garney’s training and development vision and strategy to ensure all employees have opportunities to grow and achieve their full potential.

Upon graduating from Aurora University with a degree in communication, Jordan joined Garney in 2012 in the company’s first full-time employee development role. Since joining Garney, Jordan has launched numerous courses and programs ranging from language learning to leadership development. Jordan has implemented various learning technologies—including Garney’s learning, performance, and goal management systems—and integrated video into the company’s training and development strategy. These efforts earned Garney awards for Best Learning Technology from the Association for Talent Development and Best Use of Video for Learning from the Brandon Hall Group.

Jordan’s work is driven by her passion for creating space and opportunities for people to explore possibilities and expand their capabilities. Throughout her career, Jordan’s accomplishments have been recognized by the training and development industry; she was honored as a member of the 30-under-30 class by the Learning Leaders Conference and a Learning Champion Trail Blazer by eLearning Magazine.

Jordan and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters. Located in Kansas City, the Wilcosky family has strong KC pride—they love exploring their hometown and supporting local businesses and sports teams. Go Chiefs!
