Dan Kling

Dan Kling joined Garney as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2024 and is based out of its North Kansas City headquarters. He assists in developing a company strategy, objectives, and initiatives, and provides insights and recommendations to achieve sustainable growth and financial returns for our employees. As CFO, Dan is responsible for all the company’s financial aspects, including finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, shareholder reporting, cash management, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.

Dan holds a master’s degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin. He brings over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including senior positions at Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.

Dan leads with integrity and diligence, focusing on optimizing processes, building capabilities, and maximizing resources to deliver high-quality results. He fosters a team culture built on collaboration, dependability, and trust.
