Anastasia Austin

Anastasia brings more than 20 years of experience leading financial initiatives and commercial strategy for multibillion-dollar business segments across North America. Before joining Garney, she led a sales and marketing organization for a transportation company, where she shaped commercial strategy for its industrial products segment. She also held progressively senior roles in finance and revenue management, including serving as Vice President of Finance. Throughout her career, Anastasia has built high-performing teams, improved business performance, and helped organizations navigate complex periods of growth.

As Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis, and Treasury, Anastasia is responsible for strengthening Garney’s financial planning and treasury functions. Her work includes advancing forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting; providing leaders with financial insights to evaluate opportunities, risks, investments, and growth strategies; and supporting capital strategy, treasury activities, and mergers and acquisitions.
