The Garney ESOP provides our staff with shares of company stock at no cost to the employee. The ESOP plan is a tremendous opportunity to share in the profits of the company, profits generated by the efforts of our employee-owners. You are eligible to become an employee-owner on your first day of employment. We also offer a 401(k) and a company match in Garney stock. An ESOP makes a difference. A recent study showed that ESOP participants made 5 to 12 percent more in wages and had almost three times the retirement assets as did workers in non-ESOP companies.



Our programs encourage wellness and comprehensive care, helping our employee-owners and their families lead healthy lives. Our offerings include a choice of health plans, a prescription drug plan, a dental plan, and access to the convenient Teledoc service. Garney also offers group life insurance to those who participate in the group insurance plan. With our traditional PPO plan, the cost for the employee-owner is $1 per week. Employee-owners can also enroll their family in the health insurance plan. The payroll deduction for family coverage is $20 per week. Garney now also offers a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
