The City of Aurora, Colorado, awarded Garney this $14 million project that included the construction of a 10 MG water storage tank and 32 MGD pumping station facility. The project included erosion and sediment control, excavation, grading, dewatering, reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, water storage tank, pumps, motors, generator, valving and controls, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing equipment, electrical equipment, storm drainage systems, paved and gravel roadways, parking lot, yard piping and related appurtenances, pipe joint welding, utility crossings, vaults, fiber optic pullbox and conduit installation, corrosion protection system installation, pipeline and appurtenance installation including air and vacuum valves, blowoff valves, flow meter, security system coordination, related appurtenances and service lines, site restoration, landscaping, permits, and testing.
