Palatka, Florida – September 11 –
This project for Georgia-Pacific Corporation includes the installation of 19,100 LF of 36" ductile iron effluent force main pipeline. The project also involves an aerial crossing, river crossing, a micro tunnel, road bores, 4,600 LF of subaqueous piping in the St. Johns River, sheet piling, extensive dewatering efforts, paving, open cut installation, and several manholes. The pump station includes the construction of a cast-in-place effluent pump station on an existing detention pond, a new electrical building, new valve house, and improvements to the existing pump station and creek discharge points.
